VirGin is hand-crafted from 100% corn and tastefully distilled in pot stills, creating a deep, rich flavor foundation that allows the spirit to shine! We then incorporate the finest natural ingredients available: sweet basil, Mediterranean Juniper, citrus, spice, and selected botanicals. Seasoned offerings from our distillery garden uniquely influence each batch we produce.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Clear and bright
Nose: Sweet malt at the start, light and delicate swirls of juniper, anise and citrus
Palate: Mouth filling and soft, fruity with sumptuous mint and lime shavings, balance of juniper and anise
Finish: Lingering wisps of mint, ginger and black pepper, elegantly complex
