Swine & Brine 2026 - Williamsburg
Spend the day with us indulging in fantastic food, lively music, and top‑notch handcrafted spirits. Your $75 ticket kicks things off with a welcome Bloody Mary and includes all‑you‑can‑eat roasted and freshly shucked oysters (yes, we’ve got pro shuckers on deck), classic New England clam chowder, and hearty sides like baked beans, cheeses, and fresh fruit.
You’ll also enjoy Bones and BBQ’s mouthwatering pulled pork BBQ plate paired with white truffle potato chips (one plate per guest).
The Michael G. Clark Band featuring Tracy Clark will keep the energy going all afternoon and evening with Motown, Funk, and Rock—perfect for a laid‑back, festive day.
Sip your way through our special cocktail menu and enjoy complimentary bourbon and whisky tastings happening throughout the event.
The celebration takes place both indoors and outdoors under our roomy, enclosed 500‑person tent. Please note: the distillery will be closed to the general public during the event.

Join us for an extraordinary event! We are combining a southern style pig pickin and an oyster roast all in one!
Your ticket includes:
Unlimited roasted oysters
Unlimited raw oysters on the half shell (PROFESSIONAL - oyster shuckers will be here to shuck for you)
Unlimited New England style clam chowder
Unlimited side dishes
One pig picking plate (smoked pulled pork BBQ served with white truffle potato chips)

Copper Fox Distillery is closing out the Edge District’s first-ever Mardi Gras Week with a blowout Carnival celebration on Saturday, March 7th — the grand finale of a full week of festivities across the Edge District of Williamsburg, VA!
🎷 The New Orleans–style Mardi Gras jazz kicks off at 3pm and keeps the party rolling until 8pm, hotter than a Bourbon Street brass band in full parade stride.
💃 Expect feather boas swinging, beads flying, and masks hiding all sorts of playful mystery. Come discover who’s behind the glitter and mischief.
🍲 Feast on all‑you‑can‑eat Louisiana favorites — soulful gumbo, bold jambalaya, and all the flavors that make Mardi Gras unforgettable. And don’t forget to hunt for that lucky baby… because the prize is BIG.
