COPPER FOX APPLE BRANDY BARREL FINISH rye

This special, single barrel limited edition rye is our original rye whisky, aged with a progressive series of hand toasted, select seasoned, new and used applewood and oak chips inside a used bourbon barrel, transferred to a second used bourbon barrel and then finished for an additional period of time in apple brandy barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Tarnished copper
Nose: Warm apple tart, the whole spice cabinet, toasted oak, sweet smoke.
Palate: Oily, spicy, and bold with cinnamon apples, clove, warm cider, and chewy caramel.
Finish: Medium-long with notes of dried apple, spiced pears, and cigar smoke.
Non-chill filtered. 50% ABV/100 Proof
