Uniquely distilled in pot stills from 100% of our hand malted barley, resulting in a deep and rich flavor profile that allows the malt to shine. Utilizing a signature botanical blend including Mediterranean juniper and seasonal offerings from the distillery allows more citrus and floral notes to prevail in this spirit.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Clear and bright
Nose: Sweet malt at the start, light and delicate swirls of juniper, anise and citrus
Palate: Mouth filling and soft, fruity with sumptuous mint and lime shavings, balance of juniper and anise
Finish: Lingering wisps of mint, ginger and black pepper, elegantly complex
